1.  Where do you ship to? 

We ship domestically and internationally. If you live outside of Canada and US, please be aware that the shipping time will be more longer depending on where you live.

2. What is the shipping cost?

If you are living in Canada and U.S., there are two shipping options that you can choose from. 

• Standard shipping takes about 2-4 business days. All orders can enjoy free shipping across these two countries.  

• Express shipping takes about 1-2 business days. A $20 shipping fee will be applied to all orders. 

 

If you are living outside of Canada and U.S., here are the shipping cost. 

• Standard shipping takes up to 5 business days. All orders under $100 cad will be charged with $20 cad shipping fee. 

• Express shipping takes up to 3 business days. A $20 shipping fee will be applied to all orders. 

Please note: our shipping time excludes the weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays (weather, address unknown, traffic, etc). If the order change request was made on the customer’s end after the order is submitted, the shipping timeline might be changed.

3. Do I have to pay for taxes and duties?

For all the domestic, US, Australia, and UK orders, the taxes will be automatically applied and no duties are required. 

For all the other international orders, additional duties might be required upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Pretty Pearls is not responsible for the additional duties cost.

4. What is your return policy? 

If you are not happy for any reason, you may return the eligible order within 10 days from the day when you received the order. Items to be returned have to be sealed in their original packages. Discounted items to be returned will receive in-store credits only. The return shipping fee will be spent at the customers' own cost. Customized items products are final sale.
